PHA Art Gala. 

This event is a presentation of artwork created throughout the school year by our Upper and Lower Division students. 

 All families are invited!!

When all of the kids are settled into their own area, there are plenty of adult only (non-Disney) areas too. From the adult only pool and sun deck to the fabulous spa and fitness center, there are plenty of areas for the adults to relax. There are also several restaurants, lounges, bars and nightclubs in The District, the adult area of the ship. We have several staterooms held on this sailing and here are some general
prices:

• 1 adult/1 child (or 2 adults)- $1,183 inside, $1,417 oceanview with balcony
• 2 adults/1 child (or any combo of 3)- $1,637 inside, $1,919 oceanview with
  balcony
• 4 people- starting at $2,300 for an oceanview with balcony (alternatively,
  you could book 2 inside staterooms with 2 in each room for the same price)
• 5 people- approximately $3,000 or you can have two connecting rooms with the
  above prices

To book, you will need a 20% deposit. Full payment is due July 28th.

Flyers were sent home, but they are still available in the Lower and Upper Division. The current prices are only held for a limited time and the ships fill up very quickly. She is donating her commissions to the PTC and her agency will be matching those as well. All net proceeds will be donated to the PHA PTC! This can turn out to be great fundraiser for the school!

Summer Transitions Program with Beth Hawley

Ages: Students entering 1st-6th grades

Since a long vacation without studying can result in academic backsliding, we
are offering our new Summer Transitions Program.  This individualized
remediation program ensures each child is receiving age-appropriate lessons in
individual subject areas where he or she needs improvement. This is a wonderful
opportunity for students who need to do some catching up or need help staying
on track for the upcoming school year.

Students will also enjoy daily down-time including art, music, recess, and
summer-themed activities.

***Space is limited. Prior approval from Mrs. Francis is required.***

• A request for tuition assistance is made at the time of the application and notification of aid is given at the time of decision.
• PHA uses the services of TADS to process tuition assistance applications.
• The TADS Application and Worksheet are available by clicking the boxes below:

• Tuition assistance applications must be completed by March 30^th of each year.
• Families must submit a copy of their most recent Federal Income Tax Forms (1040), as well as a copy of all W-2 and 1099 forms directly to TADS.
• Divorced and/or separated parents are expected to submit independent financial information.
• Eligibility for tuition assistance begins in kindergarten. Because financial circumstances change, parents must reapply for tuition assistance each year.
• All tuition assistance applications awards are completely confidential.
• The Tuition Assistance Committee makes all assistance decisions independently of admissions decisions.
• The Tuition Assistance Committee typically mails formal notices of awards to families by May 15^th.
