		<description><![CDATA[All Aboard the Disney Cruise]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: large;">Please join us as we sail away on the Disney Dream on </span><span style="font-size: large;">October 11th, 2012! We have put together a three night cruise aboard the Dream </span><span style="font-size: large;">for any Parke House families and administration that would like to come along. </span><span style="font-size: large;">The cruise departs Port Canaveral on Thursday, October 11th and will sail to </span><span style="font-size: large;">Nassau and then on to Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island. The ship returns </span><span style="font-size: large;">to Port Canaveral on Sunday morning. Friday, October 12th is a school holiday. </span><span style="font-size: large;">The Disney Dream truly has something for ALL ages!! You don’t need to love </span><span style="font-size: large;">Disney to love this cruise. There is a fantastic nursery for the little ones </span><span style="font-size: large;">between 3 months-3 years. The Oceaneer Club and Lab is incredible for ages </span><span style="font-size: large;">3-11. Kids can concoct crazy experiments, have cooking lessons or play in the </span><span style="font-size: large;">animators, craft or sound studios. The Edge is a special place for 11-14 years </span><span style="font-size: large;">and has everything from state of the art video games to karaoke! And for the </span><span style="font-size: large;">older set from 14-17 is VIBE, a teen only space where they can be a DJ, watch </span><span style="font-size: large;">movies, play games and they even have their own private pool area. <p><span style="font-size: large;">When all of the kids are settled into their own area, there are plenty of </span><span style="font-size: large;">adult only (non-Disney) areas too. From the adult only pool and sun deck to the </span><span style="font-size: large;">fabulous spa and fitness center, there are plenty of areas for the adults to </span><span style="font-size: large;">relax. There are also several restaurants, lounges, bars and nightclubs in The </span><span style="font-size: large;">District, the adult area of the ship. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Parke House Academy (PHA) is committed to making enrollment possible for qualified students who otherwise would not be able to attend our school. To objectively determine each family’s need for financial aid, we use the services of TADS (Tuition and Data Services). TADS provides PHA with a detailed analysis including a recommendation of how much a family could reasonably contribute towards tuition. TADS does not determine whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give. All information from TADS is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of determining need. Tuition assistance is awarded each year on the basis of demonstrated need.  A significant portion of our annual operating budget is allocated to tuition assistance, benefiting approximately 20% of our student body in any given year.</p>

<li>A request for tuition assistance is made at the time of the application and notification of aid is given at the time of decision.</li>
<li>PHA uses the services of TADS to process tuition assistance applications.</li>

<li>Divorced and/or separated parents are expected to submit independent financial information.</li>
<li>Eligibility for tuition assistance begins in kindergarten. Because financial circumstances change, parents must reapply for tuition assistance each year.</li>
<li>All tuition assistance applications awards are completely confidential.</li>
<li>The Tuition Assistance Committee makes all assistance decisions independently of admissions decisions.</li>
<li>The Tuition Assistance Committee typically mails formal notices of awards to families by May 15<sup>th. </sup></li>
